User & Society
During my master’s, I collected many User Experience (UX)- related methods for emphasizing and data collection. An interesting challenge was the premaster project, which targeted chronically ill teens, restricting direct user contact and, therefore, requiring a different approach found in triangulation. This project was extended during the summer break as it was rewarded with some EU funding (Figure 6).

My focus, however, has been the user experience of creative and research methods, considering participants as users. I investigated game and behavior change theory to improve the interaction and long-term impact of my approaches (Figure 5). An additional challenge was survey fatigue, an important consideration in the M1.2 re-do study.
For my FMP, I started with theoretical models to design the SCP. Therefore, cognitive strain due to high workloads was a primary challenge and interfered with the process’s proper functioning. Thus, Task Load
and User Experience were the primary evaluation criteria.
Additionally, the FMP use case provided a challenging context, as operational and cultural differences played a major role in the merger. This merger, troublesome in some instances, required a safe space for all parties to express and align—a consideration that was highly prioritized in the design process.
