Secretary of the 62nd Board – ASV ZHTC (2013 – 2014)

From October 2013 to October 2014, I served as Secretary of the 62nd board of ZHTC (Zwolsch Hoger Technisch Corps), the oldest student association in Zwolle, founded in 1952. The association supports and brings together technical students in Zwolle. During our board year, we focused on fostering brotherhood and successfully implemented several major changes to accommodate the rapidly growing membership.

In this role, I gained a broad perspective on managing the association and took on significant responsibilities for overseeing the social club, its members, and their activities. This experience greatly enhanced my skills in maintaining a professional image, leading important discussions, taking minutes, documenting decisions, and making impactful choices.

After a fulfilling year filled with great memories and valuable learning experiences, I still enjoy returning for evenings at the bar with (former) students from the technical university.
