VanBerlo – part of Accenture

After graduation from my bachelor I moved from Zwolle to Eindhoven and joined the team of VanBerlo. After I my third year the company was aqcuiered by Accenture providing a range of new opportunities.

Fulfilling the roll as design engineer, I was very happy that I was able to contribute to more than 50 projects for different clients in three primary domains: FMCG, Mobility and Juvenile.

I was part of a team that handled a significant amount of work for the FMCG market. The main work was done in 19 projects for the six of the brands of Reckitt Becnkiser. Where I played a key role in the technical development of packaging solutions. I focused on surface modeling using Creo Parametrics. I worked on numerous detergent packaging projects, primarily involving extrusion blow molding. In addition to blow molding, I gained experience in carton packaging and injection molding, creating various models using 3D printing techniques. I also had the opportunity to engage extensively with clients, particularly marketing teams and R&D professionals, which significantly improved my communication and visualization skills. This allowed me to communicate professionally and effectively with both clients and partners. It was an intensive learning experience, where I collaborated closely with highly experienced professionals (with 15+ years of expertise), greatly enriching my technical and interpersonal skills.

As all projects are confidential and part of the organizations innovation strategy, no project content
can be shared, but below a few of the organizations I have worked with.
