Creating Corporate Entrepreneurship
The Creating Corporate Entrepreneurship course was a dynamic learning journey focused on blending innovation with business strategies. Over several weeks, we tackled real-world problems through three “Market Battle” rounds, where creativity met practical solutions.
Our team developed Reva, a platform aimed at empowering individuals to live healthier lifestyles, particularly those recovering from cardiac conditions. Reva brings together social support, tailored health insights, and community-driven motivation to make lasting behavioral changes. Through a hypothetical partnership model with key players like Philips and HelloFresh, we aimed to create a sustainable, community-centered approach to health and wellness.
Key learnings from the course:
- The power of community and collaboration in driving innovation
- Understanding business model shifts and using the 10 types of innovation framework
- The importance of privacy and ethics in digital health solutions
- How to create a profitable, self-sufficient platform while focusing on user well-being
