Construction For Production

This course comprised three assignments focused on designing products for production, specifically using injection and rotational molding techniques. The tasks involved CAD modeling with considerations for tolerance, shrinkage, and mold release. Additionally, strength and flexibility analyses were required to ensure the products could withstand a specified top load. A simulation was also conducted to evaluate the functionality of a click mechanism directly out of the mold.
